Unlike most GC’s, our intention is not to work directly for the end Client. Our niche is partnering and supplementing other GC’s and Maintenance Brokers, providing whatever resources they need. When in the field, we identify as being with whomever we are working for, and quite frequently, we wear their insignia. We never leave any literature or advertise our own company information with the Client.
Our Techs are background checked and well-seasoned in Facilities and Planned Projects. We are able to answer Service Calls and are well capable of running Large Projects.
We simultaneously perform Planned Projects and run Daily Service requests in all major metro areas in Texas. We also perform Planned/Spec’d Projects nationally. We have Production Teams that are well capable of performing large-scale drywall, flooring, and finish work, at prices that easily allow our Customers to add margin.
Of course, we self-perform with W2 employees that are Back-Ground checked and badged, that have all been in restaurants and retail facilities for years, hand-picked by our Team. We also have resources with other sub-organizations and utilize them when that makes the most sense for our Customers.
