At FOS Commercial our primary goal is Safety. We have been notably mentioned by our Customers for our high rate of Safety Practices and Protocols, not having any reportable incidents since our beginning in 2017.
Our employees are background checked and well-seasoned in Commercial and Industrial Projects. Most of our employees hold a TWIC credential, allowing us access to Industrial, Chemical, and Maritime Facilities to conduct Projects or provide support to other Contractors needing additional resources.
Based in Texas, we regularly have Crews working Nationally. We have the resources to mobilize on short notice and be where our Customer needs us quickly. Although we primarily work in the U.S., FOS Commercial can perform Projects Internationally as well.

b. Install (42) 34’ Trusses by Crane (Rigging / Truss install by Crane, performed in (1) Day).
c. Build-back of Structure and Finishes.

Canfor Lumber Mill Safety Installations
a. Build Scaffold on Deck of Mill Equipment
b. Install Beam Clamps and New support Structure
c. Install Safety Cable . (Performed this by utilizing Gantry Crane as Man Lift / Mover) Project completed in 2 Days
d. No Safety incidents or down-times
Amazon IND1 Platforms , Safety Railings, Ship Ladders, Cross-Overs, Catwalks, 40’ High Steel Column Erection installations.
a. Six week Project—Completed ahead of time.
b. Utilized Atrium Lift to install 18’ Steel Columns to existing, second story Structure.
c. Scaffolding required for all Platform, Catwalk, and Safety Railing installations
